Yes. We do not run a sales floor. The call is a working session, and the one page written recommendation that comes out of it is yours regardless of whether you go ahead with us.
That is normal, and frankly preferred. Tidy processes do not usually need an automation studio. The messy, undocumented ones are where most of the value is.
If a workflow eats four hours of someone's week and is going to keep eating it for the next year, it is large enough to be worth the conversation. Below that, we will tell you so.
We will say so, in writing, in the one page recommendation. Where we know a better fit team or a tool you should buy off the shelf, we will name it.
