Terms of service.
Plain English: what you can do here, what the AI Audit blueprint is and is not, and the small print that keeps it fair both ways.
Who these terms are with
sizrok is a trading name of Hamza Jamal, a sole trader based in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. In these terms, "sizrok", "we" and "us" mean Hamza Jamal trading as sizrok. You can reach us at contact@sizrok.com, or by post at 137 Belfield, Rochdale, OL16 2XL.
These terms cover your use of this website and the free tools on it, including the AI Audit. Paid work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
The AI Audit and the blueprint
The AI Audit takes the answers you give and produces a written blueprint. It is there to show you where automation might help. It is informational and general. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not a promise of any particular result.
You are responsible for any decision you make off the back of it. The figures in a blueprint are estimates, not guarantees. If you are about to commit real money on the strength of one, talk to us first and we will scope it properly.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. You may not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no scraping at a scale that degrades it for other people, and nothing unlawful. The audit is for genuine use, not for hammering the underlying AI for free compute.
What belongs to whom
The site, its words, design and code are ours unless stated otherwise, and stay ours. The answers you put into the audit, and the blueprint it returns, are yours to use however you like.
When we build something for you under a separate agreement, ownership of that work is set out there. As a rule, you own what we build for you, with no lock in.
What we can and cannot promise
We keep the site running and the tools working as well as we reasonably can, but we provide them as they are. We do not promise the site will always be available, or that a blueprint will be free of error.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the free tools, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, none of this affects the statutory rights you have.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because it is useful, not because we control or vouch for what is on the other end. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and they are the ones that apply when you are there.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept the version in force at the time.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
